We have had nothing but excellent service with Thomas Heating and Air. Each time we have needed help they were at the house very quick and had us up and going in no time. Gerry is very knowledgeable and always looks to help not just sell you a new AC unit. Of course when the time came he got the new unit installed quickly. It’s hard to find contractors that are trustworthy. Will always call THA for all our ac needs.

I could not be happier with the service received last year and today. Everything went extremely well. I was notified in advance of Gary's visit both times and he really knows just what to do and did it well. Always show and always deliver

Gary knew what was wrong even before he took apart the unit. After explaining to him what happened, he immediately said most likely it's a contactor. Five minutes later, he showed me a broken contactor. Knowledgeable and a super nice guy!

Gary was the tech that came out he installed new fan blower for me he was very efficient & had to work under extreme heat but he was persistent & got the job done I recommend him highly!

I called Thomas heating and air at 930pm, and the Owner himself came out that night to help. I only use these guys. They have integrity.

I was chief engineer and then facility manager for a large tech company for many years I dealt with dozens of different contractors. Thomas is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Probably the top five in Texas. And I'm ranking them number one in service and knowledge. I called him on a Sunday morning they arrived within an hour and a half and had my unit up within a half hour tip top.

My AC started blowing warm air (bad thing in summer in Texas) so i put in a service request through Old Republic home warranty and was assigned Thomas Heating and Air. Got a call a couple hours after putting in request for them to set me up the next day with an appointment. Gary came out, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and had my AC blowing cold air within 30 minutes of his arrival. Very professional and genuinely a great service tech! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service!
